Setup
1. Battery Installation

Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- Ensure your feet are clean and dry.
- Step onto the scale barefoot. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight.
- Remain still until the measurement is complete and the display stabilizes.
- Your body composition metrics (body weight, body fat%, body water%, body type, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI, BMR, and metabolic age) will be sent to the Nuvomed app via Bluetooth.
