Setup
Charging the Speaker
To charge the speaker, connect the AC adapter's plug into a suitable wall outlet. Insert the other end of the adapter into the charging port located on the back of the speaker. The LED indicator will illuminate red while charging and will turn off once charging is complete. A full charge typically takes 4 to 5 hours.

Power On/Off
To turn the speaker on or off, press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) for 1 to 2 seconds.
Connectivity
Bluetooth Pairing
To pair your device via Bluetooth:
- Ensure the speaker is powered on.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-compatible device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings page.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Select "Octave" from the list of available devices to connect.
NFC Pairing (Near Field Communication)
For devices supporting NFC, you can connect by:
- Turning on NFC on your smartphone.
- Gently touching the back of your smartphone to the side of the speaker where the NFC sensor is located. The speaker and your device should automatically pair.
Qi Wireless Charging
Once the speaker is fully charged, you can place a Qi-compatible smartphone onto the designated Qi wireless charging pad on the speaker's dock. Your device will begin charging automatically.

Operating Controls
The top panel of the speaker features several buttons for controlling playback and volume:
- Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause the current audio track.
- Volume Up (+) Button: Press to increase the music volume. Press and hold to skip to the next track.
- Volume Down (-) Button: Press to decrease the music volume. Press and hold to go to the previous track.

Clock Settings
On the back of the speaker, you will find three buttons dedicated to setting the clock:
- Time Set Button: Used to initiate time setting mode.
- Down Button: Used to decrease the time value.
- Up Button: Used to increase the time value.
Use these three buttons in conjunction to set the correct time for the integrated clock display.
Reset Options
Disconnect Bluetooth
To disconnect the current Bluetooth connection, press and hold the microphone button for approximately 5 seconds. You will hear a beep indicating the disconnection.
Reset All Connections
To clear all previously paired Bluetooth connections and reset the speaker's connection memory, press and hold the microphone button for approximately 10 seconds. You will hear a beep confirming the reset.
Factory Reset
To restore the speaker to its original factory settings, press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds.
