5. Setup

5.1. Physical Installation

  • Camera not connecting to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check WiFi signal strength at the camera's location. Try resetting the camera using the pin in the reset button hole.
  • Poor video quality: Check your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
  • No motion detection alerts: Verify that motion detection is enabled in the app settings. Adjust sensitivity levels if necessary.
