1. Introduction

3. Initial Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

Remove all protective materials and tape from the printer. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface with adequate space for paper loading and output.

3.2 Filling Ink Tanks

The EcoTank ET-2720 uses high-capacity ink tanks. Follow these steps to fill the ink tanks:

1. Open the ink tank unit cover on the side of the printer.
2. Open the cap for the corresponding color ink tank.
3. Uncap the ink bottle and insert it into the filling port. The EcoFit bottles are uniquely keyed to fit only the correct color tank.
4. Allow the ink to fill the tank. The bottle will stop filling automatically when the tank is full.
5. Remove the ink bottle and securely close the tank cap and the ink tank unit cover.
6. Repeat for all ink colors.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to the printer and then to an electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
