Introduction

Setup

To begin using your SecuX V20 wallet, follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing and Verification: Ensure the packaging is tamper-evident. Each SecuX V20 device is shipped with tamper-resistant packaging and a unique code for verification.
  2. Initial Power On: Connect the device via USB-C to a power source to charge it. The device will power on automatically.
  3. Language Selection: On the 2.8-inch full-color touch screen, select your preferred language.
  4. Device Verification: Visit the official SecuX website and follow the instructions to verify the integrity of your device and its firmware. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on the wallet screen.
  5. Firmware Update: If prompted, update the device firmware to the latest version. This can usually be done via a microSD card or USB connection.
  6. Wallet Creation or Import: Choose to create a new wallet or import an existing one using your seed phrase. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your PIN code and record your recovery phrase securely.

Sending and Receiving Transactions

To send or receive coins and tokens, connect your wallet to the dedicated SecuX mobile app via Bluetooth or to your computer via USB. All transactions require hands-on device authorization and on-screen verification of details to prevent errors and protect against malicious attacks.
