Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Dancover Gazebo Osiris requires at least two adults. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack and Identify: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Refer to the parts list to ensure everything is present.
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the horizontal base pipes to the vertical corner posts using the provided fittings. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Roof Supports: Attach the roof support pipes to the top of the vertical posts, forming the roof structure.
- Attach Roof Cover: Drape the roof cover over the assembled roof frame. Ensure the cover is centered and taut. Secure it to the frame according to the design (e.g., ties, velcro, or pockets). The gazebo features a ventilation system on the roof, ensure this is correctly aligned.
- Install Curtain Rods: Attach the double aluminium curtain poles to the frame. These poles allow for easy sliding of curtains.
- Hang Curtains and Mosquito Nets: Attach the side wall curtains and mosquito nets using the provided hangers. The mosquito net should be attached to the inside of the posts of the gazebo. The exclusive double curtain rod system allows for flexible combinations of mosquito and side wall curtains.
- Secure the Gazebo: Once fully assembled, secure the gazebo to the ground using ground stakes or other appropriate anchoring methods to prevent movement in windy conditions.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Dancover Gazebo Osiris:
- Cleaning: Clean the polyester roof and side walls with a mild soap solution and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Frame Care: The powder-coated steel frame is designed for optimum rust protection. Periodically wipe down the frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Inspect for any scratches or damage to the coating and touch up if necessary to prevent rust.
- Inspection: Regularly check all frame connections, bolts, and curtain hangers for tightness and wear. Tighten any loose fittings.
- Winter Storage: For prolonged periods of non-use, especially during winter or severe weather forecasts, it is recommended to disassemble the gazebo and store it in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from heavy snow, ice, or strong winds.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Gazebo feels unstable or wobbly. | Not properly anchored; loose frame connections. | Ensure the gazebo is securely anchored to the ground. Check and tighten all frame bolts and connections. |
| Water pooling on the roof. | Roof cover not taut enough; heavy rain. | Re-adjust the roof cover to ensure it is stretched tightly. In heavy rain, consider temporarily removing the roof cover if pooling persists. |
| Curtains do not slide smoothly. | Debris in the curtain rail; damaged hangers. | Clean the curtain rails. Inspect hangers for damage and replace if necessary. |
| Mosquitoes or insects entering. | Mosquito net not fully closed or improperly attached. | Ensure all zips on the mosquito nets are fully closed and that the nets are properly attached to the inside of the posts. |
