1. Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. Read all instructions carefully before operating the ULTREAN Air Fryer.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
- Check that all parts are present and in good condition.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wash the basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- To reduce initial odors, preheat slices of lemon at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes before first use. Then, wash the basket and pan again.
3.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and level surface.

4.2 General Operation
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer.
- Place the ingredients into the basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the basket back into the air fryer.
- Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
- Select a preset function using the Mode button, or manually set the desired temperature and time using the +/- buttons.
- Press the Power button again to start cooking.
- Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the preparation time. To shake the ingredients, pull the basket out of the appliance by the handle and gently shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
- When the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will automatically shut off. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the food to a plate.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use.
5.1 Cleaning the Basket and Pan
- Allow the air fryer to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Remove the basket from the pan by sliding the button guard forward and pressing the release button.
- The nonstick basket and pan are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pan in warm, soapy water for approximately 30 minutes.
5.2 Cleaning the Appliance Exterior and Interior
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
