4. Installation (Setup)
This freestanding cooker is designed for easy installation. However, for electrical connections, it is recommended to consult a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with local safety standards.
4.1 Positioning the Cooker
- The cooker requires a minimum space of 60cm in width.
- Utilize the integrated wheels to easily move the cooker into its desired position.
- Adjust the height of the cooker using the adjustable feet to align it with your kitchen countertop. Ensure the cooker is level to prevent spills and ensure even cooking.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance, as specified in the full installation guide (not included in this summary).
4.2 Electrical Connection
- The cooker requires a dedicated power outlet.
- Verify that the voltage and frequency indicated on the appliance's rating plate match your household's power supply.
- The appliance must be correctly earthed.
- Do not use multi-sockets, adapters, or extension leads.
5. Operating the Ceramic Hob
The ceramic hob features four cooking zones controlled by mechanical knobs on the control panel.
5.1 Using the Hob Zones
- Place a suitable pan on the desired cooking zone. Ensure the pan base covers the entire zone for optimal efficiency.
- Turn the corresponding mechanical knob clockwise to select the desired heat level, from minimum to maximum.
- The hob surface will heat up, and an indicator light (if present) may illuminate.
- After cooking, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the '0' position to switch off the zone.
- Caution: The hob surface remains hot after use. Do not touch until it has cooled down.

6. Operating the Electric Oven
The 60-liter electric oven offers various cooking functions, controlled by mechanical knobs and a digital display for timing.
6.1 Setting Oven Functions and Temperature
- Turn the function selector knob to choose the desired cooking mode (e.g., conventional, grill, fan-assisted).
- Turn the temperature selector knob to set the desired oven temperature.
- The oven will begin to heat up. An indicator light will typically turn off once the set temperature is reached.
6.2 Using the Digital Display (Clock and Timer)
- The digital display allows you to set the current time and use the timer function for cooking.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your cooker. Always ensure the appliance is switched off and cooled down before cleaning.
7.1 Cleaning the Ceramic Hob
- For light spills, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, use a specialized ceramic hob cleaner and a scraper designed for ceramic surfaces.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals that can scratch the surface.
7.2 Cleaning the Electric Oven
- Remove oven racks and accessories before cleaning. These can be washed in warm soapy water.
- Wipe the interior of the oven with a damp cloth and a mild oven cleaner (ensure it's safe for your oven type).
- For heavy grease and burnt-on residue, follow the instructions on your chosen oven cleaner product.
- Clean the oven door, including the glass, with a non-abrasive cleaner.
8. Troubleshooting
