  1. Power Button: Press and hold to turn the speaker on or off.
  2. Volume Down (-): Press to decrease volume. Hold to skip to the previous track.
  3. Play/Pause/Call Button: Press to play or pause audio. Press to answer or end a phone call. Hold to reject an incoming call.
  4. Volume Up (+): Press to increase volume. Hold to skip to the next track.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

  • The LED indicator will illuminate during charging.
  • A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.
  • The LED indicator will change or turn off once charging is complete.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the speaker by pressing and holding the Power button. The LED indicator will flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for available devices. Select "Amazon Basics Speaker" from the list.
  4. Once paired, the LED indicator on the speaker will stop flashing and remain solid. You will hear an audible confirmation.
  5. The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

5.3 Auxiliary (AUX) Connection

To connect a device without Bluetooth, use a 3.5mm audio cable (not included). Plug one end into the speaker's Auxiliary Input Port and the other end into your device's audio output.

  • When an AUX cable is connected, Bluetooth functionality may be temporarily disabled.
  • Control volume directly from your connected device and the speaker.

6. Operating the Speaker

6.1 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator illuminates.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

6.2 Audio Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause/Call button.
  • Volume Adjustment: Press the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons.

6.3 Hands-Free Calling
