3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean the blending shaft as described in the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section.
- Align the blending shaft with the motor unit.
- Twist the blending shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.
- Ensure the blending shaft is firmly attached before plugging the appliance into a power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
The Geepas GHB5468 Hand Blender offers two speed settings for versatile blending.
- Ensure the blending shaft is securely attached to the motor unit.
- Plug the appliance into a 240V power outlet.
- Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients you wish to blend. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line if using a container.
- Press the Normal Speed button for regular blending tasks.
- For tougher ingredients or faster blending, press the Turbo Speed button.
- Move the blender up and down gently to ensure all ingredients are blended evenly.
- Release the button to stop the appliance.
- After use, unplug the blender from the power outlet before detaching the blending shaft.
Blending Tips:
- For best results, cut large ingredients into smaller pieces before blending.
- Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for a few minutes between cycles.
- Use a tall container to prevent splashing.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your hand blender.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Detach the blending shaft from the motor unit by twisting it counter-clockwise.
- The blending shaft is dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash it with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Handle blades with extreme care.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.
