Setup and Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all detachable parts (bowls, lids, blades, discs) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth. Note: Parts are not dishwasher safe.
- Motor Unit Placement: Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Attaching the Bowl: Place the desired processing bowl onto the motor unit and turn clockwise until it locks securely into place. The safety lock mechanism prevents operation if the bowl is not correctly attached.
- Inserting Attachments: Insert the appropriate blade or disc onto the central spindle within the bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Securing the Lid: Place the lid onto the bowl and turn clockwise until it locks. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is correctly secured and the safety lock is engaged.
Operating Instructions
General Operation:
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled with the desired attachment.
- Add ingredients to the bowl. For solid ingredients, use the feeding chute in the lid.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Select the desired speed using the variable speed dial (14 speeds available). For short bursts of power, use the pulse button.
- Allow the appliance to process the ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Once finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
- Carefully remove the lid, then the attachment, and finally the bowl.
Specific Functions:
- Chopping/Mixing: Use the stainless steel blade. Process ingredients in batches if necessary.
- Slicing/Shredding/Grating: Use the appropriate disc. Insert ingredients through the feeding chute while the appliance is running.
- Kneading: Use the plastic kneading tool (if included, typically with dough blade). Follow recipe guidelines for processing times.
- Citrus Juicing: Attach the citrus press. Press halved citrus fruits onto the reamer while the appliance is running.
