2. Setup Guide

2.1 Inserting SIM and microSD Cards

Your Honor 8C supports Dual SIM functionality and a microSD card for expandable storage. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the SIM card tray located on the side of the device.

1. Locate the small hole on the SIM card tray on the left side of the phone.
2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the hole and gently push until the tray pops out.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring the gold contacts face downwards.
4. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the side.

2.2 Initial Power On and Configuration

To power on your device for the first time:

1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the Honor logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
3. Complete the setup wizard to personalize your device settings.

3.1 Basic Navigation

The Honor 8C operates on Android 8.1 and uses a touchscreen interface for navigation.

1. Open the Camera application from your home screen or app drawer.
2. Select your desired mode (Photo, Video, Portrait, etc.) by swiping across the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.
4. Use the toggle icon to switch between the front and rear cameras.

3.3 Connectivity
