2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the inner pot, lid, and all accessories with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the cooker on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate space around the cooker for ventilation.
- Power Connection: Ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the voltage specified on the cooker's rating label (240V). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5.2 Cooking Modes and Functions
The NEWCOOK Delicious offers 15 different cooking menus and 4 pressure levels, allowing for versatile meal preparation. These include:

5.3 24-Hour Programmable Timer
Utilize the 24-hour programmable timer to set your meal to be ready at a specific time. Simply add ingredients, select the cooking menu, and set the desired serving time. The cooker will automatically start and finish cooking, keeping the food warm for up to 24 hours until ready to serve.
5.4 Voice Guide Feature
The cooker includes a voice guide in Spanish that assists you through each step of the cooking process. A MUTE function is also available if you prefer to disable the voice prompts.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure cooker.
- Inner Pot: The ceramic-coated inner pot is 100% non-stick and easy to clean. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating.
- Lid and Sealing Ring: Remove the sealing ring from the lid after each use and wash it thoroughly. Clean the lid, including the pressure release valve and anti-block shield, to prevent food residue buildup. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse the unit in water.
- Storage: Store the cooker in a dry place. You may place the lid upside down on the inner pot to allow air circulation and prevent odors.
