1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Assembly

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Ensure all parts are present: farm house, barn, Fendt tractor, animal trailer, cow figure, horse figure, and any small accessories.
3. Connect the farm house and barn sections if they are separate. The set is designed to be foldable for storage, so ensure it is unfolded and securely connected for play.

2.2 Battery Installation

The farm set requires 2 AA batteries for its light and sound functions. These batteries are included with the product.

1. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside or rear of the main farm house unit.
2. Using a small screwdriver (not included), open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Warning: Always ensure the battery compartment is securely closed to prevent access by young children. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

3. Operating the Farm Set

3.1 Farm House Features

• Rooster and Rotating Picture Carousel: The rooster on the roof is connected to a rotating picture carousel. Turning the rooster will change the scene in the window, depicting different times of day or farm activities.
• Movable Curtains: The windows on the farm house feature movable curtains that can be opened and closed.
• Sound Module: Activate the sound module to hear various farm-related sounds, including animal noises, vehicle sounds, and music. The activation point is typically a button or lever on the farm house.

3.2 Barn and Tractor Operation

• Tractor Garage: The barn features a garage area where the Fendt tractor can be parked.
• Hay Bale Ramp: Utilize the hay bale ramp to simulate moving hay bales. The set includes a hay bale accessory.
• Fendt Tractor: The tractor is free-wheeling and can be pushed around. It may have movable parts such as a front loader or scoop.
• Animal Trailer: Attach the animal trailer to the Fendt tractor. Place the cow and horse figures into the trailer for transport around the farm.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning Instructions

• To clean the farm set, wipe surfaces with a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the electronic components (farm house with sound module) in water.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the plastic.
• Ensure the toy is completely dry before storing or allowing children to play with it again.

4.2 Storage

The farm set features a practical folding function for compact storage. Fold the farm house and barn sections together, and store the tractor and accessories inside the designated compartments or alongside the folded unit.

5. Troubleshooting

• No Sound/Lights:
  • Check if the batteries are correctly installed with the proper polarity.
  • Replace the batteries with new AA batteries.
  • Ensure the battery compartment cover is securely closed.
• Parts Not Connecting Properly:
  • Verify that the sections are aligned correctly before attempting to connect them.
