3. Charging the Receiver

The receiver has a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, charge the receiver for approximately 5 hours. A full charge typically takes 3 hours and provides up to 4 hours of working time.

4. Connecting the System to Audio Equipment

The Bietrun Wireless Microphone System is designed for equipment with a MIC input (6.35mm or 1/4 inch jack port). It is not compatible with AUX inputs, Bluetooth speakers, or laptops.

To connect the receiver:

  1. Insert the receiver's 6.35mm plug directly into the MIC input jack of your audio equipment (e.g., speaker, amplifier, PA system, mixer, karaoke machine).
  2. If your equipment has a 3.5mm MIC input, use the included 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter.

Important: Ensure your device has a dedicated MIC input. Connecting to an AUX input will result in no sound.

To power on both the microphone and the receiver, press and hold their respective power buttons until the display or indicator light activates.

To power off, press and hold the power buttons again.

2. Adjusting Channels and Preventing Interference

The system features 15 UHF adjustable channels. If you experience interference or are using multiple microphone systems simultaneously, you can change the channel:

  1. Open the battery cover of the microphone.
  2. Locate and click the "HI LO" button inside the battery compartment.
  3. Ensure each microphone operates on a different channel, and ideally, choose channels that are far apart to minimize interference.

4. Optimal Microphone Usage

The microphone features a professional moving-coil unidirectional core. For best sound pickup and loud voice output, position your mouth close to the top of the microphone. This is particularly important for applications such as conferences, speeches, outdoor events, church services, family parties, and promotions.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your Bietrun Wireless Microphone System.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphones and receiver. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care:
    • For microphones, remove AA batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
    • For the rechargeable receiver, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge it regularly to maintain battery health.
  • Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • Handling: Handle the microphones and receiver with care to prevent drops or impacts that could damage internal components.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Bietrun Wireless Microphone System, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  1. No Sound from Microphone:
    • Ensure both the microphone and receiver have sufficient power. Check battery levels on the microphone display and ensure the receiver is charged.
    • Verify that the receiver is connected to an audio equipment with a MIC input, not an AUX input.
    • If still no sound, the microphone and receiver may need to be re-paired:
      1. Turn off both the receiver and the microphone.
      2. Open the microphone battery cap.
      3. Press and hold the microphone's "HI LO" button for more than 10 seconds until the display channel flashes.
      4. Quickly turn on the receiver.
      5. Wait for the microphone channel display to stop flashing and the blue light on the receiver to remain solid. The devices are now re-paired and ready for use.
  2. Interference or Noise:
    • Change the channel on the microphone as described in the "Operation" section. Ensure that if multiple systems are in use, their channels are distinct and spaced apart.
    • Ensure there are no strong electromagnetic interference sources nearby.
  3. Short Wireless Range:
    • Ensure there are no major obstructions (e.g., thick walls, large metal objects) between the microphone and the receiver.
    • Check for other wireless devices operating on similar frequencies that might cause interference.
