Setup Instructions
Track Assembly
- Carefully unpack all components from the box.
- Refer to the included instruction sheet for the recommended track layout. Connect the track pieces by aligning the connectors and pressing them firmly together until they click. Ensure all connections are secure to maintain electrical continuity.
- Assemble the looping set, supports, and guardrails as indicated in the instruction manual. These elements enhance the racing experience and prevent cars from derailing in high-speed sections.
- Place the connecting section, which includes the power input and controller ports, at the designated start/finish line position.

Car Preparation
- Ensure the 1:43 scale Lightning McQueen and Jackson Storm cars are clean and free of debris. Check the contact brushes on the underside of each car to ensure they are properly positioned and making good contact.
- Carefully place each car onto its respective track slot. The guide pin on the bottom of the car should fit snugly into the track groove.

Controller and Power Connection
- Connect the two speed controllers to the designated ports on the connecting track section.
- Plug the transformer into the power input on the connecting track section.
- Plug the transformer into a standard electrical outlet. The track is now ready for operation.

Operating Instructions
Starting a Race
- Each player controls one car using a speed controller. Gently press the trigger on your controller to accelerate your car.
- The controllers feature a 'turbo boost' button. Pressing this button provides a temporary burst of speed, useful for overtaking or navigating loops, but be cautious as excessive speed can cause cars to derail.
- Practice controlling your car's speed to master the curves and straights without derailing.
Lap Counter Usage
The track set includes a lap counter to keep track of each car's progress. As a car completes a lap and passes over the designated section, the lap counter will register it. This allows for competitive racing to see who can complete a set number of laps first.

Maintenance
- Track Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the track rails with a clean, lint-free cloth to remove dust and dirt. This ensures optimal electrical contact for the cars.
- Car Maintenance: Periodically check the contact brushes on the underside of the cars. If they become worn or bent, gently adjust them or replace them with new ones (replacement brushes sold separately). Keep the car wheels clean.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the track and store all components in their original packaging or a suitable container to prevent damage and loss of parts. Refer to the instruction booklet for proper disassembly and storage guidance.
Troubleshooting
- Cars not moving:
- Check if the transformer is securely plugged into both the track and the wall outlet.
- Ensure the speed controllers are firmly connected to the track.
- Verify that all track pieces are properly connected and making good electrical contact.
- Inspect the car's contact brushes and guide pin for proper placement and condition.
- Cars frequently derailing:
- Reduce speed, especially when entering curves or the loop. The turbo boost feature should be used judiciously.
- Ensure all track pieces are flat and securely connected, with no gaps or uneven surfaces.
- Check that guardrails are correctly installed in high-speed or curved sections.
- Lap counter not registering:
- Ensure the lap counter mechanism is clear of obstructions.
- Verify that the cars are passing directly over the sensor.
