Safety Instructions

Setup
Unboxing and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Before first use, fill the kettle with cold water up to the MAX mark.
- Boil the water at 100°C.
- Discard the boiled water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the base with a damp cloth.
Operating Instructions
Boiling Water
- Place the kettle on its power base.
- Fill the kettle with the desired amount of cold water, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX marks.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start boiling at 100°C directly.
- Alternatively, use the PROGRAM button to select a specific temperature (40°C to 100°C) using the + and - buttons.
- The kettle will automatically switch off once the selected temperature is reached.

Brewing Tea with "Easy Tea Select"
- Fill the kettle with cold water up to the 0.75 L tea mark.
- Open the lid and insert the fine stainless steel tea filter into the kettle.
- Add your desired tea leaves into the filter.
- Close the lid securely.
- Press the PROGRAM button repeatedly to cycle through the 5 pre-set tea programs (e.g., White, Green, Oolong, Black, Herbal). Each program has a recommended temperature and brewing time.
- You can adjust the brewing time (1-15 minutes) using the + and - buttons after selecting a program.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start the brewing process.
- An audible signal will sound when the brewing time is complete.
- Carefully remove the tea filter using its integrated handle to prevent over-steeping.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your appliance.
Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Rinse the inside of the kettle and the tea filter with clean water.
- For stubborn stains inside the kettle, use a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly.

Descaling
Limescale buildup can affect performance and energy efficiency. Descale regularly, especially in areas with hard water.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution.
- Boil the mixture (if using vinegar, ensure good ventilation).
- Let it stand for 30-60 minutes, or as per descaler instructions.
- Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any residue and odor.
Troubleshooting
