2. Important Safety Instructions

Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Always wear appropriate safety glasses to protect your eyes from hot glue splashes.
• Do not touch the nozzle or melted glue directly as they reach high temperatures (up to 428°F / 220°C) and can cause severe burns.
• Ensure the glue gun is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface when not in use, utilizing the integrated kickstand.
• Keep the glue gun out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use the glue gun in damp or wet conditions, or near flammable materials.
• Unplug the glue gun from the power outlet when not in use, before cleaning, or before changing nozzles.
• Never pull the power cord to disconnect the plug from the outlet. Grasp the plug firmly.
• Do not attempt to remove a partially used glue stick from the rear of the gun. Allow it to cool and push it through with a new stick.
• If the glue gun shows signs of damage, such as a frayed cord or cracked housing, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.

5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Attaching a Nozzle

1. Ensure the glue gun is unplugged and completely cool before changing nozzles.
2. Select the desired copper nozzle from the provided set.
3. Using the included wrench, carefully screw the chosen nozzle onto the front of the glue gun until it is finger-tight, then gently tighten with the wrench. Do not overtighten.

5.2 Inserting a Glue Stick

1. Insert a standard 0.43-inch (11mm) diameter glue stick into the glue stick inlet at the rear of the gun.
2. Push the glue stick firmly until it stops. Do not force it.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Heating

1. Place the glue gun on its kickstand on a heat-resistant surface.
2. Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet. The pilot light will illuminate.
3. Allow the glue gun to heat up for 1-3 minutes. The advanced heating system ensures rapid readiness.

6.2 Adjusting Temperature

1. Rotate the temperature adjustable dial located on the side of the gun to select your desired temperature between 140°C (284°F) and 220°C (428°F).
2. Lower temperatures are suitable for delicate materials or when a longer working time is needed. Higher temperatures provide faster melting and stronger bonds for more robust applications.

6.3 Applying Glue

1. Once the glue gun is heated (after 1-3 minutes), gently squeeze the trigger to dispense melted glue from the nozzle.
2. Apply glue to the desired surface. Press the surfaces together within 15-30 seconds for optimal adhesion.
3. Release the trigger to stop the glue flow.
4. When the glue stick is nearly depleted, insert a new glue stick into the inlet and push it through to continue operation.

6.4 Finishing Operation

1. When finished, unplug the glue gun from the power outlet.
2. Allow the glue gun to cool completely on its kickstand before storing.

7.1 Cleaning

• Ensure the glue gun is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the glue gun with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• If there is dried glue on the nozzle, allow the gun to heat up slightly (with caution), then carefully wipe away the softened glue with a heat-resistant cloth or tool. Never attempt to scrape off cold, hardened glue from the nozzle as this can cause damage.
