4. Power Connection

Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Pressure Washer
- Ensure all connections (water and power) are secure.
- Fully open the water tap.
- Before turning on the unit, squeeze the trigger on the high-pressure gun to purge any air from the system. Hold the trigger until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle. This primes the pump.
- Turn on the pressure washer using the power switch. The motor will start, and the unit will build pressure.
2. Using the Dual Speed System
Your MPX22EHDS pressure washer features a 2-speed motor for optimized cleaning:
- Low Speed: Ideal for delicate surfaces, light cleaning tasks, and energy saving.
- High Speed: Provides maximum power for stubborn dirt and heavy-duty cleaning.
Select the desired speed using the control dial on the front of the unit.

- Fill the foam cannon with an appropriate pressure washer detergent.
- Attach the foam cannon to the high-pressure gun.
- Apply detergent to the surface to be cleaned. Allow it to soak for a few minutes (refer to detergent instructions).
- Remove the foam cannon and re-attach a rinsing nozzle. Rinse the surface thoroughly.

- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance
1. Nozzle Cleaning
If the nozzle becomes clogged, use the provided nozzle cleaning tool (or a thin wire) to clear any debris. Rinse the nozzle with water.
2. Water Inlet Filter
Regularly check the water inlet filter for debris. Remove and rinse it under running water to ensure an unobstructed water flow to the pump.
3. Storage and Winterization
Before storing the pressure washer, especially in areas where temperatures may drop below freezing:
- Drain all water from the pump, hoses, and gun. Run the unit for a few seconds with the water supply disconnected and the trigger squeezed to expel remaining water.
- Store the unit in a dry, protected area, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
4. General Cleaning
Wipe down the exterior of the pressure washer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
