Important Considerations Before Installation
- First, decide on which wall you wish to mount your TV.
- Do not install the Wall-Mount Bracket on wall surfaces where the corners or the sides of the TV protrude away from the wall surface.
- Do not install the TV over or under an air-conditioner.
- Be sure to install the TV on a wall that is both perpendicular and flat.
- We recommend you check the position of the TV in the viewing environment before drilling.
Installation Steps (for Drywall with Wood Studs)
Locate Studs: Once you find the space on the wall you'd like to hang the TV, use your wall sensor (stud finder) to identify the studs that are either 16" or 24" apart. Mark the center of the studs.
Video: Demonstrates using a stud finder to locate and mark wall studs for secure mounting.
Position Lateral Shift Bracket (WM4): Place the Lateral Shift Bracket (WM4) onto the wall, ensuring it is level. Mark the four screw locations that align with the identified studs.
Video: Shows how to position the Lateral Shift Bracket (WM4) and mark the drill points, ensuring it is level.
Drill Pilot Holes: Drill pilot holes on the marked locations. Be sure to drill into the center of the wood stud. Pilot holes must be drilled 75 mm or 3 inches deep, using the 5.5 mm drill bit.

Install Lateral Shift Bracket: Install the Lateral Shift Bracket (WM4) onto the wall using a wrench and the provided lag bolts (WS2) and spacers (WS1). Ensure the bracket is securely fastened. Use a level to confirm the bracket is perfectly horizontal.

Prepare TV: To prepare the TV for installation, first remove the four screws from the wall mount holes on the rear of the TV.

Attach TV Attachment Bars (WM2): Attach the WM2 bars into the back of the TV using the M6L20 screws previously removed from the TV. Ensure they are securely tightened.

Attach Cushions (WM3): Attach the WM3 cushions to the lower back corners of the TV. These help protect the TV and wall.

Mount the TV: With two people, carefully lift the TV. Brace the TV without grabbing the screen. Place the TV onto the Wall-Mount Bracket (WM1) by finding the top groove and sliding it in. Secure the wall mount bracket to the TV using the previously removed screws from the back of the TV.

Connect Cables: Plug in all necessary cords (power, HDMI, etc.) to the TV's ports. The swivel feature allows for easy access.

Position TV: Gently push the TV back towards the wall until it fits flush. Your TV should now be wall-mounted and ready for viewing.

Operating the Wall Mount
The SU-WL855 bracket offers both a flush-to-wall appearance and swivel functionality. To adjust the viewing angle, gently pull the TV away from the wall. The bracket allows for swiveling up to 21 degrees left or right, depending on your TV model and size. This feature provides flexibility for various seating arrangements and easy access to rear ports.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and proper function of your wall mount, periodically check all screws and bolts for tightness. Dust the bracket regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish. If the swivel mechanism feels stiff, consult a professional for lubrication or adjustment.
Troubleshooting
- TV not sitting flush: Ensure all cables are properly routed and not obstructing the TV's movement. Check that the WM3 cushions are correctly placed.
- Difficulty swiveling: Verify that no cables are snagged or preventing movement. Ensure the TV is not pushed too far back against the wall before attempting to swivel.
- Bracket feels loose: Immediately re-tighten all lag bolts (WS2) and screws (M6L20). If the issue persists, professional inspection is recommended to ensure wall integrity and proper installation.
