The KECOW Active Stylus Pen features a dual-tip design for versatile use.

- 1.45mm Fine Tip: Located at one end, this copper tip provides precise input for detailed tasks like drawing and fine writing.
- Magnetic Mesh End: The opposite end features a mesh tip, which can also be used for general navigation and supports functions like zooming and text input. This end is covered by a magnetic cap.
- Power Button: An integrated button on the stylus body controls power.
- Micro USB Charging Port: Located near the power button, used for recharging the internal battery.

5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Stylus
Before initial use, fully charge the stylus. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the Micro USB port on the stylus and to a power source (e.g., laptop, wall adapter, power bank).

- Charging Time: Approximately 1-1.5 hours for a full charge.
- Working Time: Up to 8-10 hours of continuous use on a full charge.
- Power Indicator: A blue light indicates the stylus is in use. A red light indicates low power or charging. A green light indicates full power.
- Automatic Power Off: The stylus will automatically power off after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
To turn on the stylus, press the power button once. A blue light will illuminate. To turn off the stylus, press the power button again.
6.2 Using the Stylus
The stylus is ready for use immediately after powering on. No Bluetooth pairing or drivers are required.

- This stylus pen does NOT have Bluetooth functionality.
- It does NOT support palm rejection, pressure sensitivity, or tilt sensitivity.
- If your device was previously used with an original stylus (e.g., Apple Pencil) via Bluetooth, please ensure you 'forget' or disconnect that stylus in your device's Bluetooth settings before using the KECOW Active Stylus Pen.
- This device is NOT compatible with the Kumon App.

8. Maintenance

- Tip Replacement: If the fine tip becomes worn or damaged, replacement tips may be available. Contact customer support for assistance.
9. Troubleshooting
- Stylus not turning on: Ensure the stylus is fully charged. Connect it to the USB charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
- Stylus not responding on screen:
- Verify the stylus is powered on (blue light illuminated).
- Check if your device's screen is clean and free of debris.
- Ensure no other Bluetooth styluses are connected to your device. Disconnect or 'forget' any previously paired styluses.
- Restart your device and the stylus.
- Jittery or inconsistent lines: Some users may experience slight jitter, particularly with slow diagonal lines. This is a characteristic of certain non-Bluetooth active styluses and may vary depending on the device and application used. Drawing at a moderate pace can help reduce this effect.
- Pen tip falling off: If the pen tip becomes loose or falls off, it may indicate wear. Use the replacement pen cap with the mesh tip, or contact customer support for information on replacement fine tips.
