1. Introduction

The SZELAM Digital Clock is a versatile device designed to enhance your home environment with its multi-functional capabilities. It serves as a digital alarm clock, a makeup mirror, and a time display unit. Its sleek design and user-friendly features make it a modern addition to any room, providing both utility and aesthetic appeal. 2. Key Features

  • Digital Alarm Clock with Mirror Surface: Combines time display, alarm, and a high-definition mirror for daily use. The mirror surface is designed for easy cleaning.
  • Quiet Sleeping Environment & Luminous Function: Operates silently, ensuring undisturbed sleep. The luminous display allows clear time viewing at night without needing additional light. Supports 12-hour system without AM display before noon, and PM display after 1 PM.
  • 3-Level Brightness Settings: Features a highly sensitive photosensitive sensor for automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient light. Manual adjustment to Bright, Medium, or Dim levels is also available for eye comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Memory Function & Dual USB Ports: Retains time and settings during external power outages. The display turns off when external power is cut to conserve settings. Equipped with two USB ports for simultaneous charging of multiple devices.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack the Clock: Carefully remove the clock and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove Protective Films: Peel off any protective films from the mirror surface and the battery compartment.

  3. Attach the Stand: Insert the detachable stand into the slot at the bottom of the clock. Ensure it is securely fastened for stable placement. The clock can also be hung on a wall using the integrated wall hook.
  4. Connect Power: Connect the provided USB power cable to the input port on the side of the clock and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a compatible USB port. The display will light up.
  5. Install Memory Battery (Optional but Recommended): For the memory function to retain settings during power outages, install a CR2 battery (not included) into the battery compartment on the back of the clock.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Setting the Time

  1. Press the MODE button once to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
  2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
  3. Press MODE again to move to minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
  4. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the minutes.
  5. Press MODE a third time to confirm and exit time setting mode.
  6. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press and hold the MODE button.

5.2. Setting the Alarm

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm hour digits will flash.
  2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
  3. Press MODE again to move to alarm minute setting. The alarm minute digits will flash.
  4. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the desired alarm minutes.
  5. Press MODE a third time to confirm and activate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
  6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press the DOWN button from normal time display. The alarm icon will appear/disappear.

5.3. Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button on top of the clock to activate snooze. The alarm will pause for 5 minutes (default) and sound again. You can repeat this process. To turn off the alarm completely, press any other button (MODE, UP, DOWN).

5.4. Brightness Adjustment

The clock has 3 levels of brightness (Bright, Medium, Dim) and an automatic dimming feature.

  • Manual Adjustment: Press the UP button from normal time display to cycle through the 3 brightness levels.
  • Automatic Dimming: The clock features a photosensitive sensor that automatically adjusts the display brightness based on the ambient light. This ensures optimal visibility without being too bright in dark environments.

5.5. Dual USB Charging Ports

The clock is equipped with two USB output ports on the side, allowing you to charge your mobile devices simultaneously. Simply connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the ports.

5.6. Mirror Surface Functionality

The clock's display surface functions as a high-definition mirror when the display is off or dimmed. This feature allows for convenient use as a makeup mirror or for quick checks throughout the day.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: To clean the mirror surface, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, disconnect it from power and remove the memory battery to prevent leakage. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Handling: Handle the clock with care to avoid dropping or impacting it, which could damage internal components or the mirror surface.

7. Troubleshooting
