1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Veroyi Outdoor Security Camera. This 1080P WiFi Surveillance Camera is designed to provide constant surveillance via your phone, keeping your home safe day and night.

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Physical Installation

1. Choose Location: Select an outdoor location with a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor. Ensure it is within range of your 2.4G WiFi network (5G networks are not supported).
2. Mount Camera: Use the provided screw bag to securely mount the camera to a wall or suitable surface. The rotating bracket allows for flexible positioning.
3. Connect Power: Plug the AC adapter into the camera's power port and then into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Attach Antenna: Screw the camera antenna firmly into its designated port on the camera body.

4.2 App Installation and Pairing

1. Download App: Scan the QR code in the user manual or search for the official Veroyi app in your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
2. Register Account: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new user account.
3. Add Camera:
   • Power on the camera. Wait for the camera to emit a prompt sound indicating it's ready for pairing.
   • In the app, select "Add Device" or similar option.
   • Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4G WiFi network. This may involve scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera's lens or using a Smart Link feature.
   • Once connected, the camera will indicate successful pairing, and you can view the live feed.
4. Insert Micro SD Card (Optional): If local storage is desired, carefully insert a C10 high-speed micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the TF Card Slot. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the card.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Live View and Recording

Once the camera is successfully connected to the app, you can access the live video feed from anywhere. The app interface allows you to:

• View real-time video stream.
• Initiate manual video recording or capture still images.
• Access recorded footage stored on the micro SD card or cloud.

5.2 Two-Way Audio Communication

The camera features a built-in speaker and microphone for two-way audio. To use this function:

1. In the live view interface of the app, locate the microphone icon.
2. Press and hold the microphone icon to speak. Release to listen.

5.3 Motion Detection and Alerts

2. Adjust Sensitivity: If available, adjust the motion detection sensitivity to minimize false alarms (e.g., from pets or swaying branches).
3. Receive Alerts: When motion is detected, the camera will automatically record a short video clip and push an alert notification to your phone.

5.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear surveillance even in complete darkness.

• Ensure no obstructions are blocking the infrared lights for optimal night vision performance.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

• Connection Check: Periodically verify that the camera has a stable WiFi connection and that all cables are securely connected.
• Environmental Protection: Although IP66 rated, avoid directing high-pressure water jets directly at the camera.
