Setup Instructions

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge the voice amplifier unit and the wireless headset microphone. Use the provided 2-in-1 USB cable and 5V charger.

2. Connecting the Wireless Headset Microphone

  1. Turn on the speaker: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the amplifier to the 'ON' position. The display will show the battery level.
  2. Switch to UHF mode: Short press the "M" key on the amplifier to cycle through modes until "UHF" is displayed.
  3. Activate pairing mode on amplifier: Long press the "M" key on the amplifier for approximately 3 seconds. The amplifier will announce "UHF waiting for connection".
  4. Turn on the headset microphone: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the wireless headset microphone. A blue indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Activate pairing mode on microphone: Long press the "WIFI" signal button on the wireless headset microphone for 3 seconds. The blue light will flash rapidly.
  6. Confirm connection: Once successfully paired, the amplifier will announce "UHF is connected" and the blue light on the microphone will stop flashing and remain solid.

3. Connecting the Wired Headset Microphone

To use the wired headset microphone, simply plug its 3.5mm jack into the "MIC" input port on the voice amplifier unit. The amplifier will automatically switch to wired microphone mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Volume Control

2. Mode Selection

Short press the "M" button on the amplifier unit to cycle through available modes: Bluetooth, UHF (Wireless Microphone), AUX, TF Card, and USB input.

3. Bluetooth Connectivity

In Bluetooth mode, the amplifier will announce "Bluetooth is waiting for connection". Enable Bluetooth on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and select "S278UHF" from the list of available devices to pair. Once connected, you can play audio through the amplifier.

4. AUX Input

Connect an external audio source (e.g., MP3 player, computer) to the "AUX" port on the amplifier using the provided AUX cable. The amplifier will automatically switch to AUX mode.

5. TF Card / USB Input

Insert a TF (Micro SD) card or a USB flash drive into the respective slots on the amplifier. The device will automatically detect and play audio files from the storage device. Use the playback control buttons (previous, play/pause, next) on the amplifier to manage audio playback.

6. Recording Function

To record audio, ensure a TF card or USB flash drive is inserted. In microphone mode, press the record button (often indicated by a microphone icon or 'REC' on the control panel, if available, or a long press of the play/pause button in some models) to start recording. Press again to stop. Recorded files will be saved to the inserted storage device.
