  • The camera is shock-proof, freeze-proof, and dust-proof, offering durability in various environments. However, avoid unnecessary impacts or extreme temperatures.
  • When not in use, store the camera in a cool, dry place.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Camera not powering on: Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged. Replace with new, high-quality AAA alkaline batteries if necessary. Check that the battery compartment door is securely closed.
  • Poor image quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free of smudges. Check lighting conditions. For best results, ensure subjects are within appropriate focus range.
  • Battery drains quickly: Use fresh, high-quality AAA alkaline batteries. Avoid excessive use of flash or prolonged screen display.
  • Water leakage: If water enters the camera, immediately power it off, open all compartments, and allow it to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. Do not attempt to use the camera if water damage is suspected. Contact support if issues persist.
  • Memory card error: Reinsert the microSDHC card. Ensure it is properly formatted (if prompted by the camera) and not full. Try a different compatible microSDHC card if the issue persists.
