2. Setup and Installation

Before You Begin:

• Ensure the installation surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesive performance.
• Test all lights by plugging them into the 12V adapter before permanent installation.

Installation Steps:

3. Operation

Powering On/Off:

The system powers on automatically when the vehicle's 12V outlet receives power. To turn off the lights, use the handheld remote or the OPT7 GLOW App.

Using the OPT7 GLOW App:

The OPT7 GLOW App provides comprehensive control over your lighting system. It is compatible with iOS 7+ and Android 4.3+ devices. Scan the QR code on the product packaging to download the app.

• Color Control: Select from an infinite spectrum of colors using the color wheel or preset color options.
• Lighting Modes: Choose from various dynamic lighting modes and effects, including flash, fade, and cycle.
• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the brightness of the lights from 1% to 100% to suit your preference.
• Music Sync: Activate SoundSync mode to make the lights react to music played through your device's microphone, phone microphone, or a music playlist. Sensitivity can be adjusted.

Using the Handheld Remote:

The included 21-key handheld remote provides quick access to essential functions without needing the app.

• Color Selection: Directly select from 9 preset colors.
• Mode Selection: Choose from 24 different lighting modes.
• Speed/Dimming: Adjust the speed of dynamic modes and the overall brightness.

To Pair the Remote: Reconnect the power to the control box, then aim the remote at the device and hold the 'ON' button until the LED strips flash white.
