Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your pearlstar Solar Pathway Lights:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all lights and components from the packaging.
2. Activate the Light:
   • Twist off the light cap (the top part with the solar panel).
   • Locate the power button inside the cap. Turn the switch to the "ON" position.
   • Reattach the light cap securely.

3. Assemble the Light: Connect the pipe sections to form the desired height. Attach the assembled light cap to the top of the pipe.

4. Choose Location: Select an outdoor location where the solar panel will receive 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily. Avoid areas under trees or shadows, as this will reduce charging efficiency.
5. Install in Ground: Gently push the assembled light into the ground. For hard soil, it is recommended to make a pilot hole first to prevent damage to the light's stake.

Operating Instructions

Once installed and activated, your pearlstar Solar Pathway Lights will operate automatically:

• Automatic On/Off: The lights will automatically turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn, conserving energy.

• Charging: During the day, the solar panel absorbs sunlight to charge the internal NiMH battery. Ensure the solar panel is clean and unobstructed for efficient charging.
• Changing Lighting Modes: The lights offer two modes: white light and color-changing RGB. To switch between modes, locate the control button (often integrated with the power switch or a separate button inside the cap) and press it to cycle through the available modes.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures optimal charging efficiency.
