2. Adjusting Air Flow and Speed

The sander features a built-in regulator to adjust the operating speed. Rotate the air valve adjusting knob to increase or decrease the air flow, thereby controlling the sander's RPM.

3. Exhaust Direction Adjustment

The exhaust port direction can be adjusted for user comfort and to direct air away from the workpiece or operator. Rotate the exhaust direction adjusting ring to set the desired direction.

4. Sanding Procedure

  1. Connect the air supply.

  3. Place the sanding pad flat against the workpiece surface.
  4. Gently press the metal touch control trigger to start the sander.
  5. Move the sander in overlapping circular or elliptical patterns across the surface. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as the tool's weight is usually sufficient.
  6. Release the trigger to stop the sander.
  7. Disconnect the air supply after use.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your sander.

1. Lubrication

Apply a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet before and after each use, or after every hour of continuous operation. This lubricates internal components and prevents corrosion.

2. Cleaning

After each use, disconnect the air supply and clean the exterior of the sander with a dry cloth. Remove any dust or debris from the sanding pad and air vents.

3. Air Filter

Regularly check and clean or replace the air filter on your air compressor to ensure clean air supply to the tool.

4. Storage

Store the sander in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
