Setup and Charging
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your JAM Hang UP speaker. The speaker features an integrated USB charging cable for convenience.
- Locate the integrated USB charging cable on the speaker.
- Plug the USB end into any standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge.
- Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific light behavior).

Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the Power button until you hear an audible tone.
- To power off, press and hold the Power button again until you hear an audible tone.
Operating Instructions
Bluetooth Pairing
The JAM Hang UP speaker is designed for wireless audio streaming via Bluetooth.
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and within 10 meters (30 feet) of your Bluetooth-enabled device.
- The speaker will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light (refer to Quick Start Guide for specific light patterns).
- On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "JAM Hang UP" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the LED light will become solid.
The speaker has a Bluetooth range of up to 30 meters (100 feet), allowing flexibility in placement.

Speakerphone Function
The JAM Hang UP speaker includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calling.
- When a call comes in, the music will pause, and the speaker will ring.
- Press the Play/Pause button (usually marked with a phone icon) to answer the call.
- Speak clearly towards the speaker.
- To end the call, press the Play/Pause button again. Music will resume automatically.
- To make a call, dial from your phone; the speaker will automatically function as a hands-free device.

Aux-in Port
For devices without Bluetooth, use the Aux-in port.
- Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) from your device's headphone jack to the Aux-in port on the speaker.
- The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.
- Control playback and volume directly from your connected device.
Using the Stick Pad
The innovative stick pad allows you to attach the speaker to various smooth, flat surfaces.
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
- Press the stick pad firmly against the desired surface (e.g., shower wall, mirror, boat surface).
- To remove, gently peel the speaker away from the surface.
- If the stick pad loses adhesion, clean it with a damp cloth and let it air dry to restore stickiness.
