2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Unpacking and Initial Placement

  • Carefully remove the heated blanket from its packaging.
  • Unfold the blanket completely and lay it flat on your bed or desired surface. Ensure there are no wrinkles or folds that could cause localized overheating.

Connecting the Controller

  • Locate the connector on the blanket and the corresponding connector on the controller cord.
  • Firmly push the controller connector into the blanket connector until it clicks securely into place. Ensure a tight connection.
  • Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To turn the blanket ON, press the power button on the controller. The display will illuminate.
  • To turn the blanket OFF, press the power button again.

Adjusting Heat Levels

  • The blanket offers 6 heating levels, ranging from 85°F to 110°F.
  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the controller to increase or decrease the heat setting to your desired comfort level.

Setting the Auto-Off Timer

  • The blanket has an automatic shut-off timer that can be set from 1 to 8 hours.
  • Press the timer button on the controller to cycle through the available timer settings. The selected time will be displayed.
  • The blanket will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.

6. Care and Maintenance

Washing Instructions

The FIGERM Electric Heated Blanket is machine washable for easy care. Follow these steps:

  • Disconnect the Controller: Before washing, always disconnect the electrical cord from the blanket by squeezing the connector locking clips with one hand and pulling firmly with the other hand.
  • Machine Wash: Wash the blanket in cold water on a gentle cycle or by hand.
  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Remove promptly from the dryer. DO NOT WRING.
  • DO NOT USE BLEACH.
  • Ensure the blanket and pad connector are completely dry before plugging in and using again.
