Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the VIVOHOME Solar Fountain Bird Bath is designed to be quick and tool-free.

1. Assemble the Pedestal: Screw the pedestal onto the base by turning clockwise until secure.
2. Attach the Bowl: Screw the bird bath bowl onto the top of the pedestal by turning clockwise until secure.
3. Ensure Stability: For enhanced stability, especially in windy areas, the hollow pedestal and base can be filled with sand or gravel. Additionally, use the three provided ground stakes to anchor the base firmly into the soil.
4. Solar Fountain Pump Setup:
   • Insert the four stabilizer rods into the designated slots on the underside of the solar pump.
   • Place the assembled solar pump into the center of the bird bath bowl. The rods should rest against the rim of the bowl to keep the pump centered and stable.
   • Select your desired nozzle from the set of four and firmly attach it to the pump's water outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Placement: Position the bird bath in an area that receives direct and ample sunlight throughout the day. The solar pump requires direct sunlight to operate effectively.
2. Fill with Water: Fill the bird bath bowl with clean water, ensuring the solar pump is fully submerged. The pump will not operate if the water level is too low.
3. Automatic Operation: Once exposed to sufficient sunlight and submerged in water, the solar pump will automatically begin to spray water. The spray height and pattern will vary based on the intensity of the sunlight and the chosen nozzle.
4. Nozzle Selection: Experiment with the four included nozzles to achieve different water spray patterns. Gently pull off the current nozzle and push on a new one to change the effect.
5. Flow Control: The solar pump features a 3-level flow control mechanism, allowing adjustment of the water flow intensity.
6. Auto Shut-Off: The pump is equipped with an auto shut-off feature that activates when water levels are too low, protecting the pump from dry running and extending its lifespan.
