Setup

Follow these steps to set up your mixer before first use:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the stainless steel bowl, splash guard, and all attachments (wire whisk, flat beater, dough hook) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface. Ensure the non-slip suction feet are securely attached to the counter.
  4. Attach Bowl: Press the tilt-head release lever to lift the motor head. Place the stainless steel bowl onto the base, twisting it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  5. Attach Accessory: Select the desired attachment (whisk, beater, or hook). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then twist counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
  6. Lower Head: Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-head release lever and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into its locked position.
  7. Add Splash Guard: If desired, place the transparent splash guard over the bowl.
  8. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220V).

Operating Instructions

Using your BEPER BP.200 Planetary Stand Mixer is straightforward:

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled with the desired attachment and bowl.
  2. Add your ingredients to the stainless steel bowl. Do not overfill the bowl.
  3. Turn the speed control dial to the desired speed setting (1-8). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
  4. For short bursts of maximum power, use the 'Pulse' (P) setting. Hold the dial at 'P' for as long as needed, then release.
  5. Monitor the mixing process. If necessary, stop the mixer, lift the head, and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  6. Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control dial to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  7. Press the tilt-head release lever to lift the motor head. Remove the attachment by pushing it upwards and twisting clockwise. Remove the bowl by twisting it counter-clockwise.

Maintenance and Cleaning
