• Proper Fit: Ensure the ear muffs fit snugly around your ears to achieve optimal noise reduction. Hair, eyeglasses, or other objects under the ear cushions can reduce effectiveness.
• Continuous Exposure: Even with hearing protection, prolonged exposure to very high noise levels can still cause hearing damage.
• Battery Safety: Use only recommended battery types. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.

• Modifications: Do not modify the ear muffs. Unauthorized modifications can compromise safety and performance.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The Sordin Pro-X LED ear muffs require two AAA batteries (not included) for operation. Ensure correct polarity during installation.

1. Locate the battery compartment on one of the ear cups. It is typically integrated near the control knob.
2. Carefully open the battery compartment cover. This may require a slight twist or pull.
3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely until it clicks into place.

4.2 Adjusting Fit

For optimal performance and comfort, adjust the ear muffs to fit your head properly.

1. Extend the headband by sliding the ear cups downwards.
2. Place the ear cups over your ears, ensuring they fully cover your outer ears.
3. Adjust the headband by sliding the ear cups upwards until the headband rests comfortably on the top of your head and the ear cushions create a firm, even seal around your ears.
4. Ensure no hair, clothing, or other objects interfere with the seal of the ear cushions.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

The control buttons are located on the side of the ear cup.

• To Power On: Briefly press the power button once.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for several seconds until the unit powers down.

The unit features an auto power-off function to conserve battery life. If the unit is about to power off automatically, an audio warning beep will sound. Press any volume button to extend operation for another four hours.

5.2 Volume Control

Adjust the amplification level of ambient sounds using the volume buttons.

• Press the '+' button to increase the volume.
• Press the '-' button to decrease the volume.

There are five distinct volume levels available for adjustment.

5.3 LED Light Operation

The integrated LED light provides additional illumination when needed.

1. Ensure the ear muffs are powered on.
2. To activate the LED light, simultaneously press both the '+' and '-' volume buttons.
3. Repeat the action (simultaneously pressing both volume buttons) to turn off the LED light.

5.4 Sound Modes
