Product Overview

The Hatchimals Wow Llalacorn is an interactive electronic pet that hatches from a re-hatchable egg. This unique creature, part unicorn and part llama, expresses emotions through movement, including a neck that can grow up to 32 inches tall. It features over 250 sounds and reactions, offering a dynamic play experience.

Getting Started

Unboxing Your Llalacorn

1. Open the Box: Carefully open the product box from the bottom. Locate and remove the twist locks securing the egg.
2. Locate Accessory: Inside the packaging, find the small, clear confetti fruit accessory. This is essential for interactive play.

3. Remove Outer Wrap: Gently remove the clear outer plastic wrap from the egg. Important: Do not remove the ribbon wrap around the middle of the egg, as this is crucial for the hatching process.

First Hatch

Your Llalacorn is ready to hatch! The hatching process takes approximately five minutes. To initiate hatching, gently tilt the egg back and forth. When you observe rainbow-colored eyes glowing through the shell, your Llalacorn is preparing to emerge. It will grow taller until it pushes the top of the egg off, singing "Hatchy Birthday!"

You will receive either a pink or purple Llalacorn. The color is a surprise until hatching is complete.

Operation and Interaction

Interactive Play Modes

Your Llalacorn is designed for various interactive play experiences. There is no single "right" way to play; explore and discover its unique personality and reactions.

• Feeding: To feed your Llalacorn, hold the confetti fruit accessory against its forehead. The Llalacorn's eyes will turn purple, indicating hunger. It will then chase the fruit up and down. If you place the fruit and your hand on its belly, it will chase the fruit downwards.

• Tickling: Tickle its belly to elicit giggles and bobbing movements.
• Pumping: Gently pump its body like a balloon to make its neck extend.
• Hypnotizing: Touch its eyes to see different reactions.
• Cuddling: When you cuddle your Llalacorn, it will coo and shrink down to a smaller size.

Recording and Playback

Your Llalacorn can record and repeat phrases you say. Follow these steps:

1. Record: Hold both of Llalacorn's feet until its eyes turn solid teal. Speak your desired phrase for up to 7 seconds.
2. Playback: Release its feet, and Llalacorn will play back your recording.
3. Repeat Playback: To play the recording on repeat, tap one of Llalacorn's toes.
4. Pitch Control:
   • Touch its forehead to pitch the recording up.
   • Touch its belly to pitch the recording down.
5. New Recording: To record a new message, simply touch and hold both feet again.

Re-Hatching

For the first time ever, your Hatchimals Wow Llalacorn can be re-hatched! To do so, simply place your Llalacorn back into its egg. You can hatch it again and again, and each time it wakes up, it will be in one of 10 surprise moods.

Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean your Llalacorn, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the toy in water.
• Storage: Store your Llalacorn and its egg in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Replacement: The Llalacorn requires 4 AA batteries (included). If the toy's performance diminishes, replace all batteries with new ones. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.
