Setup

1. Powering On/Off

To power on your WONDERBOOM 2, press the power button located on the top of the speaker. Press it again to power off. A distinct sound will indicate the power status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on your WONDERBOOM 2 speaker.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button (small button above the volume controls) until you hear a tone. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash rapidly.
3. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "WONDERBOOM 2" from the list of available devices.
5. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the Bluetooth indicator light will glow solid.

The speaker can connect to two source devices simultaneously, allowing you to switch between them for music playback.

3. Charging the Battery

Connect the included micro USB cable to the charging port on the back of the speaker and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.6 hours with a BC1.2 compliant adapter.

Operating Your WONDERBOOM 2

1. Music Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the Ultimate Ears button (large circular button on top) once.
• Skip Track: Press the Ultimate Ears button twice quickly to skip to the next track.
• Volume Up: Press the large '+' button on the front of the speaker.
• Volume Down: Press the large '-' button on the front of the speaker.

2. Outdoor Boost Mode

For enhanced audio performance in outdoor environments, press the "Outdoor Boost" button located on the bottom of the speaker. This mode increases loudness and clarity, optimizing the sound for open spaces.

3. Double Up (Stereo Pairing)

You can pair two WONDERBOOM 2 speakers together for a more immersive audio experience, either in stereo or mono mode.

1. Ensure both WONDERBOOM 2 speakers are powered on.
2. On the first speaker, press and hold the Ultimate Ears button (large circular button on top) for three seconds until you hear a tone.
3. Repeat the process on the second speaker.
4. Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation tone. The speakers will now play audio in sync.
5. To switch between stereo and mono mode, press the Ultimate Ears button on either speaker once.

Maintenance

Waterproof and Dustproof Care

The WONDERBOOM 2 is IP67 rated, meaning it is waterproof and dustproof. It can be immersed in water up to 1 meter (3.3 feet) for up to 30 minutes. While designed for rugged use, ensure the micro USB port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water or dust. After exposure to water, especially saltwater or chlorinated water, rinse the speaker with fresh water and allow it to air dry completely before charging.

Cleaning

To clean your WONDERBOOM 2, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the speaker's finish or components.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the micro USB cable.
• Cannot Pair Bluetooth:
  • Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (Bluetooth indicator flashing).
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move the speaker closer to your device.
  • Forget "WONDERBOOM 2" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• No Sound or Low Volume:
  • Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.

• Audio Skipping/Interruption:
