5.1. Lighting the Grill

3. Turn control knob to 'OFF' position.
4. Slowly turn and push control knob to 'HI'.
5. Push and hold ignitor button.
6. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the control knob off, wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting procedure.

Once lit, you can adjust the flame intensity using the control knobs. Turn the knob towards 'HI' for higher heat and towards 'LOW' for lower heat. Each burner can be adjusted independently.
