Setup and Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the stainless steel shaft and bell assembly with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The motor unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Assembly: Ensure the shaft is securely attached to the motor unit. For models with detachable shafts, align the shaft with the motor unit and twist until it locks into place.
- Placement: Position the mixer near a suitable power outlet. Ensure the work area is clean and stable.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation:
- Preparation: Place ingredients in a suitable container. Ensure the container is deep enough to prevent splashing.
- Immersion: Immerse the bell and blade assembly into the ingredients before starting the mixer. Ensure the bell is fully submerged.
- Power On: Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Start Mixing: Press and hold the power button on the handle to start the mixer. The MP 350 TURBO VV features variable speed control; adjust as needed for desired consistency.
- Mixing Technique: Move the mixer gently up and down and around the container to ensure even blending. Avoid lifting the bell out of the liquid while the blades are rotating.
- Stop Mixing: Release the power button to stop the mixer.
- Removal: Wait for the blades to completely stop rotating before removing the mixer from the ingredients.
Variable Speed Control: The "VV" in the model name indicates Variable Speed. Use the speed control dial (if present, typically near the power button) to adjust the blade speed according to the task and ingredient consistency. Lower speeds are suitable for delicate mixtures, while higher speeds are for tougher ingredients or faster processing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mixer.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Cleaning the Shaft and Bell:

- Cleaning the Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or spray it with liquids.
