1. Introduction

The TC Electronic JUNE-60 CHORUS pedal is an authentic recreation of the legendary synthesizer chorus from the 1980s. This pedal features a simple 2-button interface for intuitive modulation tone and utilizes all-analog BBD (Bucket Brigade Delay) circuitry to deliver its classic sound. 2. Important Safety Instructions

Read these instructions thoroughly before operating the device.
Keep these instructions for future reference.
Heed all warnings on the product and in the instructions.
Do not use this apparatus near water or moisture.

3. Setup

3.1 Power Connection

The JUNE-60 CHORUS pedal can be powered by a 9V battery or an external 9V DC power supply (not included). Ensure the power supply provides at least 100 mA. Connect the power supply to the 9V DC input jack on the rear of the pedal.

Battery Power: To install a 9V battery, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the pedal. Connect the battery to the clip and place it inside the compartment.
External Power: Use a regulated 9V DC power supply with a center-negative plug, providing a minimum of 100 mA.

3.2 Audio Connections

Connect your instrument (e.g., guitar) to the INPUT (MONO) jack using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable. Connect the OUTPUT (MONO/STEREO) jack to your amplifier or the next pedal in your signal chain. For stereo operation, use a Y-cable or two separate cables from the output to two amplifiers or a stereo input device.

Mono Setup: Connect a single 1/4-inch cable from the OUTPUT jack to your amplifier.
Stereo Setup: The JUNE-60 CHORUS supports stereo output. Consult your amplifier or audio interface manual for proper stereo input connections.

4. Operation

The JUNE-60 CHORUS pedal features a straightforward 2-button interface, replicating the classic chorus modes of its inspiration. The pedal is activated by the True Bypass footswitch.

4.1 Engaging the Effect

Press the TRUE BYPASS footswitch to toggle the effect on or off. When the effect is active, the LED indicator will illuminate.

4.2 Chorus Modes (Buttons I & II)

The two yellow buttons, labeled I and II, select different chorus modes. These buttons can be used individually or simultaneously to achieve distinct modulation characteristics.

Button I: Engages Chorus Mode I, offering a specific modulation rate and depth.
Button II: Engages Chorus Mode II, offering an alternative modulation rate and depth.
Buttons I & II (Simultaneously): Pressing both buttons together activates a combined chorus mode, often resulting in a richer, more complex modulation. Experiment with these combinations to find your desired sound.

4.3 Mono/Stereo Switch

A small switch labeled MONO / STEREO is located near the chorus mode buttons. This switch determines the output configuration of the pedal.

MONO: For single amplifier setups.
STEREO: For dual amplifier or stereo input setups, providing a wider, more immersive chorus effect.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Clean the pedal's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or internal components.

5.2 Battery Replacement

If using battery power, replace the 9V battery when the effect LED dims or the pedal's performance degrades. To replace, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit, disconnect the old battery, and connect a new one, ensuring correct polarity.

5.3 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power supply and remove the battery to prevent leakage. Store the pedal in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting
