4. Setup

To begin using your Meross Smart Power Strip, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Meross App: Search for "Meross" in your device's app store and install the official application.
  2. Power On: Plug the Meross Smart Power Strip into a standard 125V AC outlet.
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi:
    • Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Meross Smart Power Strip operates on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
    • Open the Meross app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new device.
  4. HomeKit Integration (iOS users):
    • Ensure your iOS device is running iOS 13 or above.
    • Open the Apple Home app and follow the prompts to add the accessory. You may need to scan the HomeKit code located on the device or its packaging.
    • For remote control via HomeKit, a HomePod, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, or an iPad (connected to your home Wi-Fi) is required as a HomeKit bridge.
