4. Assembly Instructions

  2. Insert Safety Connector: Position the two assembled dip bars. Insert the safety connector bar into the rear feet of both dip stands. This bar helps stabilize the setup and allows for width adjustment.
  3. Secure with Adjustment Knobs: Once the desired length between the bars is set (using the safety connector), screw in the adjustment knobs firmly to secure the connector bar and prevent movement.

5. Operating Instructions & Exercises

6. Adjustments
