1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your SteamOne Stilys ST70SB vertical garment steamer. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.
The SteamOne Stilys ST70SB is designed to quickly and effectively remove wrinkles from various fabrics using powerful steam. It features a 2000W heating element, a steam output of 42g/min, and a rapid 60-second heat-up time. The patented Start&Stop technology and automatic shut-off enhance user convenience and safety.
2. Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the appliance is connected to a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (220V).
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Keep the steam head away from your body, other people, and pets during operation. Steam is hot and can cause burns.
- Never direct steam at electrical appliances or power outlets.
- Do not operate the steamer if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped.
- Always unplug the steamer from the power outlet before filling or emptying the water tank, cleaning, or when not in use.
- Use only distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup and prolong the life of the appliance.
- The appliance features an automatic shut-off system if the steam head remains immobile for more than 10 minutes or if the water tank is empty.
- Keep out of reach of children.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in the package:
- SteamOne Stilys ST70SB Base Unit
- Telescopic Pole
- Steam Head with Hose
- Multifunction Hanger
- Anti-lint Brush
- Mini Ironing Board (for collars/cuffs)
- Protective Glove

4. Setup
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Assemble the Telescopic Pole: Insert the telescopic pole into the designated slot on the base unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Attach the Hanger: Slide the multifunction hanger onto the top of the telescopic pole.
- Fill the Water Tank: Remove the 1.2L removable water tank from the base. Fill it with distilled or demineralized water up to the MAX line. Do not overfill. Reinsert the water tank firmly into the base unit.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power button on the base unit. The indicator light will illuminate, and the steamer will begin heating. It will be ready for use in approximately 60 seconds.
- Select Steam Mode: The Stilys ST70SB offers different steam settings. Use the control buttons on the base to select the appropriate steam output for your fabric type. A lower setting is suitable for delicate fabrics, while a higher setting provides more powerful steam for heavier materials.
- Prepare Garment: Hang the garment on the multifunction hanger. For best results, gently pull the fabric taut with one hand while steaming with the other. Use the protective glove provided to protect your hand from steam.
- Apply Steam: Hold the steam head a few centimeters from the fabric and move it in a downward motion. The patented Start&Stop technology automatically releases steam only when the steam head is removed from its resting position, conserving water and energy.
- Use Accessories: Attach the anti-lint brush for removing lint and refreshing fabrics. Use the mini ironing board for precise steaming of collars, cuffs, and pockets.
- Automatic Shut-off: The steamer will automatically turn off if the steam head is left in its resting position for more than 10 minutes or if the water tank runs empty. This safety feature prevents overheating and conserves energy.
- Power Off: After use, press the power button to turn off the steamer and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your steamer.
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, or at least once a week, empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Descaling: The Stilys ST70SB features an integrated anti-calc system. However, depending on water hardness, periodic descaling may still be beneficial. Consult the SteamOne website or customer support for specific descaling instructions if needed.
- Clean Steam Head: Wipe the steam head with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the steamer in a dry, cool place. Ensure the water tank is empty before storage.
