6. Maintenance

6.2 Water Tank Cleaning
Drain and clean the water tank periodically to prevent algae growth and maintain hygiene. Use a mild detergent and soft cloth, then rinse thoroughly. Ensure the tank is dry before refilling.
6.3 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the cooler with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the ABS high-gloss durable body.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air cooler, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the main power switch on the cooler is turned on.
- Weak Airflow: Verify that the water tank has sufficient water. Clean the honeycomb pads if they appear clogged. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the air inlets or outlets.
- No Cooling Effect: Confirm that the water pump is operating. Check water level. Ensure the honeycomb pads are wet. For desert coolers, optimal cooling requires proper ventilation to allow humid air to escape.
- Unusual Noise: Check for any loose parts or foreign objects inside the cooler. Ensure the cooler is on a stable, level surface.
- Water Leakage: Inspect the water tank for cracks or improper sealing. Ensure the drain plug is securely closed.
If the problem persists after attempting these steps, please contact customer support.
