Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the tripod with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove dust and dirt. For stubborn grime, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Lubrication: Moving parts, such as leg locks and the pan/tilt mechanism, generally do not require lubrication. If movement becomes stiff, consult the manufacturer or a professional.
  • Storage: Store the tripod in its carrying bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storage.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and leg locks for tightness. Tighten any loose components to ensure stability and safety.

Troubleshooting

  • Bluetooth Remote Not Connecting:
    • Ensure the remote is charged and powered on.
    • Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
    • Unpair and re-pair the remote in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
    • Ensure the remote is within effective range (typically 10 meters).
  • Tripod Instability:
    • Verify that all leg section clips are securely fastened.
    • Ensure the tripod is placed on a flat, stable surface.
    • Do not exceed the maximum weight limit for the tripod.
  • Device Not Fitting in Clamp:
    • Check the specifications for the phone clamp's width range (5.5-10cm).
    • Ensure any phone cases are removed if they prevent proper fitment.
