Setup

1. Prepare Cleaning Solution: Fill the 1-liter tank with your desired cleaning solution. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions for dilution ratios. Do not overfill.
2. Attach Tank: Securely screw the tank onto the foam injector body. Ensure it is tightened to prevent leaks.
3. Connect to Pressure Washer: Attach the D 12 plug-in connector of the foam injector to the quick-connect fitting on your Kränzle pressure washer lance or gun. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
4. Adjust Nozzle: Rotate the grey foam nozzle to adjust the spray pattern (from a wide fan to a concentrated stream) and the foam thickness.

Operating Instructions

1. Start Pressure Washer: Turn on your pressure washer according to its operating instructions.
2. Apply Foam: Aim the foam injector at the surface to be cleaned. Squeeze the trigger on your pressure washer gun to begin applying foam. Move the injector steadily to ensure even coverage.
3. Allow Dwell Time: Allow the foam to dwell on the surface for the recommended time as per the cleaning solution manufacturer's instructions. This allows the foam to break down dirt and grime.
4. Rinse: After the dwell time, detach the foam injector and reattach a rinsing nozzle to your pressure washer. Rinse the foamed surface thoroughly with clean water, working from top to bottom.
5. Shut Down: Turn off your pressure washer and relieve any remaining pressure in the system.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your foam injector:

• Rinse After Each Use: After each use, empty any remaining cleaning solution from the tank. Fill the tank with clean water and run the foam injector with clean water for a few minutes to flush out any chemical residue from the internal components. This prevents clogging and corrosion.
• Clean Tank: Periodically clean the inside of the 1-liter tank with warm, soapy water to remove any buildup. Rinse thoroughly.
