Maintenance

Cleaning the Keyboard

  • Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
  • Use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps.
  • For surface cleaning, gently wipe the keycaps and aluminum top plate with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Do not immerse the keyboard in water or any cleaning solutions.

Keycap Removal (Optional)

If you need to clean under the keycaps or replace them, a keycap puller (not included) can be used. Gently pull the keycap straight up to remove it. When reattaching, align the keycap with the switch stem and press down firmly until it clicks into place.

  • Restart your computer.
  • Test the keyboard on another computer to determine if the issue is with the keyboard or the computer's setup.

RGB Lighting Not Working or Incorrect
