5.1 Basic Operation

1. Place suitable ferromagnetic cookware (like the included stainless steel pot) centrally on the ceramic cooking zone.

3. The cooktop will default to a cooking mode. Use the Mode button to switch between 'Cook' (Power) and 'Temp' (Keep Warm) settings.

5.2 Power Settings (Cook Mode)

The cooktop offers 9 power settings, ranging from 100W to 1650W. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the power level.

• Available settings: 100W, 300W, 500W, 700W, 900W, 1100W, 1300W, 1500W, 1650W.
• Note on Low Power Settings: The unit's lowest actual power is 700W. The 100W, 300W, and 500W settings are simulated by intermittently heating at 700W:
  • 100W: Heats at 700W for 1 second, then stops for 6 seconds.
  • 300W: Heats at 700W for 3 seconds, then stops for 4 seconds.
  • 500W: Heats at 700W for 5 seconds, then stops for 2 seconds.

5.3 Keep Warm Settings (Temp Mode)

In 'Temp' mode, you can select from 13 Keep Warm temperature settings, ranging from 100°F to 390°F. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature.

• Available settings: 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 190, 210, 230, 250, 280, 300, 350, 390°F.

5.4 Timer Function

Press the Timer button to set a cooking duration. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the time. The cooktop will automatically turn off once the set time expires.
