Setup Guide
1. Installing SIM Card and Battery
The artfone CS181 supports dual SIM cards. Ensure the phone is powered off before installation.
- Remove the back cover of the phone by gently prying it open from the notch.
- Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated SIM slots (SIM1, SIM2) with the gold contacts facing down.
- If using a memory card (not included), insert it into the TF card slot.
- Align the battery with the contacts and gently press it into place.
- Replace the back cover, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

2. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery. Use the provided USB cable and a compatible power adapter.
- Connect the small end of the USB cable to the charging port on the phone.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

3. Powering On/Off
To power on, press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the screen lights up. To power off, press and hold the same button until the power off options appear, then confirm.

Making and Receiving Calls
To make a call, dial the number using the large keypad and press the green Call button. To answer an incoming call, press the green Call button. To end a call, press the red End Call button.
Sending and Receiving Messages
Navigate to the 'Messages' menu to compose new messages or read received ones. Use the keypad to type text.
Using the SOS Function
The SOS button on the back of the phone is for emergencies. You can pre-set up to 5 emergency contacts.
- Go to 'Settings' > 'SOS Settings' to add emergency contact numbers.
- In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button on the back of the phone for 3-5 seconds.
- The phone will automatically dial the pre-set emergency numbers in sequence until one is answered. It will also send an emergency SMS to these contacts.

Flashlight Operation
The flashlight can be easily turned on or off using the dedicated side button. Locate the flashlight button on the side of the phone and slide it to activate or deactivate the light.
Volume Adjustment
Adjust the call volume during a conversation using the volume up/down buttons located on the side of the phone. For ringtone volume, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Profiles' to adjust.
Phonebook Management
Store frequently called numbers in the phonebook. Navigate to 'Phonebook' from the main menu to add, edit, or delete contacts. The phone can store up to 100 entries.
