Important: A compatible satellite receiver (sold separately) is required for operation. The receiver, power inserter, and TV will require a 110-volt AC power source (e.g., power inverter, portable generator, or power pack).
Operation
Once all connections are made and power is supplied, the KING KOP4800 will automatically begin searching for satellite signals.
- Power On: Turn on your satellite receiver and television.
- Automatic Satellite Acquisition: The KING One Pro will automatically configure itself for U.S. satellite service and begin searching for the appropriate satellite signal. This process typically takes a few minutes. The clear dome allows you to observe the antenna's movement during acquisition.
- Provider Compatibility: The antenna works with DIRECTV (SD only), DISH, or Bell (Canada). Ensure your receiver is activated with your chosen service provider.
- Multiple TV Viewing: The KING One Pro supports multiple TV viewing, allowing you to connect additional receivers (with appropriate splitters, not included) to watch different programming on multiple televisions.

Note: This antenna does not provide service while in motion. It is designed for stationary use.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the antenna with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the coax cables for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Ensure all connections are tight and free from corrosion.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the antenna in a dry, protected area.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your KING KOP4800 antenna, try the following steps:
- No Signal:
- Ensure the antenna has a clear, unobstructed view of the southern sky. Trees, buildings, or other vehicles can block the signal.
- Verify all cable connections are secure between the antenna, power inserter, and receiver.
- Confirm the power inserter and receiver are receiving power.
- Cycle the power to the receiver and antenna by unplugging and replugging the power supply.
- Partial Channels or Pixelation:
- This may indicate a weak signal. Re-check antenna placement for obstructions.
- Ensure your satellite receiver is correctly configured for your service provider.
- Antenna Not Moving/Searching:
- Check all power connections. The antenna requires power through the coax cable from the power inserter.
- Ensure the coax cable is not damaged.
