- For cold drinks, pre-chill the flask with ice water for a few minutes before filling.
- For hot drinks, pre-heat the flask with hot water for a few minutes before filling.

- Cleaning Straws: Use the provided straw brush to clean the inside of the straws thoroughly.
- Drying: Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling or storing to prevent odor and mildew.
- Storage: Store the flask with the lid off to allow for air circulation.

6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Flask is leaking. | Lid not properly secured or seal is dislodged/damaged. | Ensure lid is screwed on tightly. Check the silicone gasket/seal inside the lid and around the mouth of the bottle for proper placement and any damage. Replace if necessary. |
| Beverage not staying cold/hot. | Lid not sealed, extreme external temperatures, or flask not pre-chilled/pre-heated. | Verify the lid is tightly sealed. Avoid leaving the flask in direct sunlight or extreme cold for extended periods. Pre-chill or pre-heat the flask before filling. |
| Metallic taste in drink. | Improper cleaning or residue from previous use. | Thoroughly hand wash the flask and lids with warm, soapy water. Ensure all residue is removed. The 18/8 stainless steel is designed not to impart taste, so ensure it's clean. |
