Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following:
- Always unplug the heater when not in use or before cleaning.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors in direct rain or water exposure. While moisture-resistant, it is not fully waterproof.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- This heater operates without fuels or oxygen, eliminating fumes and noise.
- The product is cETL listed for safety.
Setup and Installation
The W5008 Infrared Heater offers versatile installation options, including wall or ceiling mounting using the included adjustable hanging brackets.
Mounting Instructions:
- Select a suitable location for mounting, ensuring it is away from combustible materials and provides adequate clearance around the heater.
- Attach the adjustable hanging brackets securely to a sturdy wall stud or ceiling joist using appropriate hardware (not included).
- Carefully attach the heater to the hanging brackets. Ensure the heater is level and securely fastened.
- Adjust the angle of the heater using the brackets to direct heat as desired.

Power Connection:
Plug the 8-foot grounded power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and capable of handling 1500 watts (12.5 Amps) of power.
